Adeptus Custodes: Venerable Contemptor Dreadnought II

Here comes my second Venerable Contemptor Dreadnought for the Adeptus Custodes. This guy is based on the Custodes Contemptor Galatus Dreadnought from Forgeworld. Sadly there are no 40k rules for the Forgeworld model yet and so I equipped him with a Kheres Assault Cannon and will play him as a normal Venerable Contemptor Dreadnought in my next 40k games.

  

I attached magnets on the left arm and therefore can switch the Kheres Assault Cannon with the Praesidium shield (still unpainted), if needed.

Finally, this "golden boy" reminds me of an old anime intro...

Adeptus Custodes: Venerable Contemptor Dreadnought

I was no fan of the plastic Contemptor Dreadnought kit and bought one only to get my hands on a Kheres Assault Cannon. After building and painting it, I changed my mind. What a nice model!

Sisters of Silence: Vigilators

It took me a while to finish my first Sisters of Silence squad, but think it was worth the time and effort. If one model should not be as perfect as it should be, I hope for the so called "cheerleader effect". :D
